The early registration deadline has been extended until February 6th as the parallel session scheduling is now complete.

Registration Extension

The program committee informed us parallel session scheduling has been completed for all tracks. Since many of you have been awaiting session scheduling before registering for the conference and making travel plans, the local organizing committee has extended the early registration deadline until next Monday, February 6 to allow all potential participants sufficient time to register for CHEP and make lodging arrangements.

Scheduling of posters will be done after February 6, taking into account attendance by poster presenters. With regards to publication of conference proceedings, we again emphasize that posters presented at CHEP by conference participants will be treated in the same manner as oral presentations.

With regards to lodging, please note that hotel room blocks will be released according to the deadlines posted here.

Participants who request hotel rooms after this date will pay regular rates for May, which is the beginning of the high season in New York.

Registered participants with confirmed payment who requested NYU dorm rooms will receive reservation confirmation via email beginning today. If you do not receive confirmation by Feb. 10, please contact us at [email protected].
